We offer free shipping for all orders delivering to the US. We utilize USPS for shipping.

Personal Chowdies take time to process. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you ordered an item that is not embroidered, delivery will be quicker.

Currently we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges.

We will gladly exchange any items not worn, altered or washed. Returns and exchanges must be received within 90 days of placing your order.

Custom Chowdies (your personal artwork or a file you sent us) cannot be returned.
